Well except in Quebec...where I live. They got rebanned in 2008. BUT! That R34 is actually a R32 GTR, with all the parts of a R34 GTR and it's road legal here.

Is it possible to import the UK R34s (I assume we have similar regulations), most of them are stock because if you want an R34 here in England it is cheaper to unofficially import a JDM then an actual official imported R34 due to them being a collector's item or something.

I can imagine. That's what aussies do too. They sell the cars at ridiculous prices in Japan. I would do the same if I could.
